About David Meek

David Meek is the owner and principal broker for The Dream Home Company, Realtors in Indianapolis, Indiana. His Indiana real estate license number is PB20903822.

David was born and raised in Indianapolis. Local familiarity of the metro area allows him to recognize market trends and place buyers in the best neighborhoods for their needs.

He completed his real estate licensing course in 1996 before graduating from Indiana University. Then he began his real estate career with Re/Max in 1997. David obtained his ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in 2001 which allowed him to focus his business on meeting the needs of local homebuyers and employees relocating to the greater IndianapoDavid Meek visit orphanage in rural Nepal in October 2006.lis area. The Dream Home Company was founded in 2008.

In an industry where the average age of real estate agents is 54, David has developed a niche at age 35. Both first-time and veteran homebuyers benefit from his energetic approach to real estate supported by extensive local market knowledge.

David has remained a full-time agent throughout his real estate career and is thrilled that over 80% of his business comes from past clients and their referrals.  He serves the greater Indianapolis area including Broad Ripple, Avon, Brownsburg, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield and Zionsville.

Technology and quick-response personalized service are the cornerstones of his business philosophy. David developed his website in order to fill a void that he perceived in the amount of quality real estate information available to the internet-savvy consumer about Indianapolis.

Personally, David's interests include The History Channel® and restoring his 1935 bungalow home in the Butler-Tarkington area of Indianapolis. He can be found on the Monon Trail Greenway in the spring riding his mountain bike and cooking out in his backyard with friends on late summer evenings.

David serves as a board member with Y.E.T.I. (Youth Enhancement Training Initiative) in Indianapolis. The group holds multiple charitable events annually to wholly support a 20-child orphanage in Chitwan, Nepal and multiple local Indiana projects. He traveled to rural Nepal in September 2006 to see the orphanage firsthand with other board members. For information on the charity, visit www.yetikids.org.
