How much does it cost to hire a Realtor?
For buyers, the cost is typically paid by sellers because listing agents split (co-op) their commission with selling agents for procuring the deal. For sellers, commission can range between 4-7% and is always negotiable depending upon the price, services provided, and the amount of the above co-op offered to buyer’s agents.
